Rental Facilities
Set in the midst of one of the Sonoran Desert's most beautiful settings, the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is pleased to make available various facilities that may be rented for meetings, dinners, banquets, and other special gatherings that fall within its mission.
Although Museum exhibits are closed after 5 p.m., the Desert Garden, Ironwood Complex and Taylor Complex can be kept open for your special event.

Baldwin Education Building
One of our newest venues, this contemporary space is versatile, accommodating up to 200 guests for receptions, meetings and formal dinners. The building overlooks a beautiful desert vista and has a glass panel wall that open up to an outdoor balcony.
As our finest upscale facility, our catering department presents high-end elegant dining and service experience complete with gourmet food and gracious style exceeding your highest expectations. More information.
Warden Oasis Theater
Seating up to 270, this theater offers a unrivaled experience for presentations ranging from a basic lecture to a full stage production. With the state of the art A/V equipment, this space can accommodate all your needs for conferences, lectures, workshops and video presentations. More information.
Taylor Plaza
Surrounding a signature plant species of the Sonora desert, the Taylor Plaza's focal point is a 25-year-old Ironwood tree (Olneya tesota) with a 30 ft. canopy. With Natural desert landscaping and wide-open skies above, this venue provides an elegant outdoor entertainment space. Perfect for cocktail receptions and can be used in conjunction with the Baldwin Bldg for a lovely indoor/outdoor dinner. More information.
Ocotillo Café
The Ocotillo Café is our regional, fine dining restaurant here at the Museum. Seasonal hours allow for flexible availability in this contemporary private dining space.

Ironwood Terraces
The Ironwood Terraces outdoor patios offer views of the Sonoran Desert unparalleled by any other banquet facility. Both the indoor and outdoor areas open onto beautiful desert vistas.
The outdoor terraces will accommodate up to 130 inside and 170 - 230 guests outside. The combination of dining areas can accomodate up to 500 guests. More information.
Desert Garden
